Deputies say a 51-year-old Sodus man was arrested on felony DWI charges after it was determined he didn’t have a license following a traffic stop.
Alan H. Brown, 51, of Sodus was stopped for having a malfunctioning headlight and failing to keep right on Lake Road in Sodus. Investigation determined that he was intoxicated.
After being transported to the Sheriff’s Office for processing it was determined his BAC was 0.16 percent.
He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving while intoxicated with a BAC above 0.08 percent, and felony aggravated unlicensed operation.
Brown was arraigned in Sodus Town Court and will appear at a later date.
