On Saturday around 2 pm police arrested a 36-year-old Seneca Falls man on two warrants after failing to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court.
According to the Seneca Falls Police Department, Anthony R. Venturion, 36, failed to appear in July for a petit larceny charge, and then failed to do so again in September for a second-degree harassment charge, criminal obstruction of breathing charge, as well as an endangering the welfare of a child charge – all stemming from an earlier domestic incident.
Police say Venturino was taken into custody and transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility for centralized arraignment.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
