Police say a 39-year-old Williamson man was arrested in Canandaigua on a weapons charge following a May incident.
The Canandaigua Police Department says Caleb W. Lacapra, of Williamson was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.
On May 13th Lacapra possessed a shotgun and more than two ounces of marijuana in the city.
He will answer the charges in Canandaigua City Court.
