On Tuesday at 10:21 am police arrested a 27-year-old Seneca Falls man following a lengthy investigation into reports of alcohol being provided to underage kids.
Jonathan P. Klingensmith, 27, of Seneca Falls was arrested after reports of him providing alcohol and engaging in sexual activity with juveniles were reported to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
In July Klingensmith provided alcohol to three juveniles.
At some point during the same incident he became nude, then persuaded the three juveniles to also undress.
Klingensmith is currently charged with endangering the welfare of a child, unlawfully dealing with a child in the first degree, and public lewdness. He was processed and transported to the Seneca County Correctional where he will remain until his arraignment.
Klingensmith will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
