A Lyons man charged in July with beating another man to death in a parking lot now has a murder charge to contend with.
A Wayne County grand jury has indicted Martin C. Smallwood, 32, of Lyons, with one count of second- degree murder connected to the death of 42-year-old Camila “Milo” Robledo on July 21.
