Scott Kidder, 51 of Canandaigua was arrested at about 2:17 am on August 10th and charged with two counts of unlawful imprisonment and one count of harassment.
It is alleged that during a verbal altercation, Kidder spit in the face of a female and locked two females in a room against their will.
Kidder was held in the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
