Deputies say a 49-year-old Rochester resident was arrested on Wednesday following the Earth, Wind & Fire concert held at CMAC.
Around 10:56 pm deputies arrested Carolyn A. Fedele, 49, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated.
She was stopped following the concert for driving without headlights or tail lamps. During the stop – deputies found her to be operating under the influence of alcohol.
She was transported to the Ontario County Jail where she was processed and released.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
