Deputies say a Farmington man was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs after a call to the Railside Market on State Route 96.
Deputies say they responded to the Victor establishment to find a male unconscious inside a van.
Investigation determined that Robert Jon Fiore, 49, of Farmington was impaired by drugs at the time of the incident and transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital by Victor Farmington Ambulance.
He was issued tickets for driving while ability impaired by drugs, driving while intoxicated, and open container in a vehicle.
He will appear in Victor Town Court at a later date.
