Symir Torrence, a Syracuse native and a rising prospect in the 2020 class, has received a scholarship offer from Syracuse University.
Torrence received the scholarship offer while participating in Syracuse’s Elite Camp at the Carmelo K. Anthony Basketball Center on Saturday.
