A reported accident involving three vehicles snarled traffic along the New York State Thruway in Seneca County around 5 pm.
First responders reported that two vehicles were on fire, with one of the vehicles being fully-engulfed. Those responding requested foam from Junius to help with the blaze.
Crews from Clyde, Magee, and Junius fire departments were at the scene.
It’s unclear if there were any injuries in the accident.
Both lanes were temporarily closed, but reopened later in the evening.
