Deputies: Macedon man breaks mailboxes, arrested days after assaulting elderly man

A man is facing charges after allegedly breaking two mailboxes in the Town of Williamson.

Deputies say the incident happened on August 18 just after 11 p.m.

Deputies arrested Kyle Quigley of Macedon on Friday. Quigley allegedly broke two separate mailboxes off of their posts.

He was found walking down Ridge Road in the Town of Williamson on August 18 shortly after the incident.

Quigley was arrested on August 24 for criminal mischief.

He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Town of Williamson court at a later date.

Quigley was also arrested prior to August 24 for breaking into a home on Saturday, August 18 and assaulting an elderly man.
