On August 22nd at approximately 7:30 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested a Newark man on drug charges following a suspicious person complaint.
Steven E. Wilcox, 21 was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance following a suspicious person complaint.
Wilcox was found to be in possession of Xanax and Clonazepam which were not prescribed to him.
He was released on an appearance ticket and scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
