On Tuesday at approximately 10:00 am deputies arrested an 81-year-old Victor man on stalking charges.
John C. Mancuso, 81, of Victor was charged with fourth-degree stalking, criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.
The arrest stems from an ongoing case in which Mancuso called a victim who is an Ovid resident multiple times over a several days while a class A order of protection was in effect.
Mancuso has also violated the order on six other occasions.
He was arraigned in the Town of Ovid Court where he was remanded to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 secure bond.
He is to reappear at the Seneca County Court and that date is still to be determined.
