The Geneva Area Chamber of Commerce has announced it will hold its 2018 Membership Harvest Celebration from 5:30PM to 8:30PM on Wednesday, September 26th.
The event, which was first introduced as the Chamber’s third major event for 2017, will be held at a new location for 2018- Three Brothers Wineries & Estates, located at 623 Lerch Road in Geneva.
The announcement follows the result of a recent Host Location RFP that was sent to Chamber Members and coordinated by the Chamber’s Membership and Ambassador Committee. Three Brothers submitted the winning proposal, with a custom menu designed for the event and includes a sparkling wine tasting for attendees.
Along with the new location, the Chamber is also excited to share that this year’s event will feature the new addition of Membership Anniversary recognitions for eligible members. Those who are celebrating 10, 20, 30 and 40 years as Chamber Members in 2018 will receive a special recognition for their membership milestone at the event.
“We are excited to bring this event back for its second year,” stated Abby Wandell, Membership Programs and Events Coordinator for the Chamber, “With the amazing growth that has taken place within the food and wine industry over the last several years, a farm-to-table harvest themed event is the perfect opportunity to not only celebrate our members, but the region as well.”
As one of the three major annual events coordinated by the Chamber, the Membership Harvest Celebration is one of the primary fundraisers that provides proceeds to sustain and build upon, the Chamber’s programs and services offered to member businesses.
All three events are partially funded by the Chamber’s Annual Partners. In 2018, those annual partners include Finger Lakes Partners Insurance and Lyons National Bank. Along with the Annual Partners, the Chamber is also pleased to announce that Five Star Urgent Care has come on board as one of the Promotional Sponsors for the Membership Harvest Celebration.
Reservations for the 2018 Membership Harvest Celebration must be made in advance. Early bird member tickets are now available for $50 per person, but must be purchased by Friday, August 24th. Please note that ticket prices will increase after the deadline. For more information or to purchase tickets, call the Chamber at 315-789-1776 or e-mail [email protected].
