LeSean McCoy’s ex-girlfriend filed a lawsuit against McCoy and one other person on Monday regarding the home invasion at the athlete’s home back in July.
The two people named in the suit are LeSean McCoy and Tamarcus Jerod Porter.
Delicia Cordon who was allegedly injured during the home invasion at McCoy’s Georgia home , is suing for damages related to the incident.
According to court documents, Cordon claims that McCoy and Porter are liable for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
