A major roofing supply company has signed a long-term lease to occupy the former 84 Lumber location in Sennett, the property’s owner has announced.
American Builders & Contractors Supply Co., which is headquartered in Wisconsin, will occupy the 9.45-acre property and its 37,000 square feet of building space. Charlesbank Realty Group, which purchased the property from 84 Lumber in March, announced the lease in a news release issued Friday by Auburn broker John Bouck, of Bouck Real Estate, who has been working with Charlesbank to lease it.
“We are looking forward to working with our new tenants, American Builders & Contractors Supply, to becoming one of the dominant contractor supply houses in central New York,” Charlesbank President J. Nicholas Slottje said in the release.
