Police arrested a 20-year-old Rochester man on felony drug charges after an investigation in Geneva.
On Thursday around 5:08 pm Dona J. Hawkins Jr. was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. It is a class B felony.
He was held on $10,000 cash bail; and had previously been out on bail from another felony drug charge.
In the previous incident he was also charged with possessing a weapon, but no weapons were recovered in this incident.
The Geneva Police Department, who led the investigation, says additional felony charges are pending.
