Police say a 30-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested on July 27th following an incident in the parking lot of Thompson Hospital.
John Tebutt, 30, of Canandaigua was charged with Criminal Mischief and Reckless Assault.
It is alleged that Tebbutt damaged a motor vehicle and injured a Thompson Hospital Security Guard while in the parking lot of Thompson Hospital.
He was arraigned and held at the Ontario County Jail.
