The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on August 5th at 2:00 am deputies arrested a 39-year-old Auburn man following a domestic incident.
James J Rusin, 39, of Auburn was arrested in the Town of Tyre for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, Unlawful Imprisonment in the Second Degree and Harassment in the Second Degree.
It is alleged Rusin was engaged in a physical domestic with a Auburn resident while at a Town of Tyre business.
Rusin was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,000 cash bail.
He is to reappear on August 28th 2018 to answer the charges
