On Monday at 7:29 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 24-year-old following a domestic incident.
Daniel Dishaw, 24, of Seneca Falls is accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to another resident during the domestic dispute.
He was charged with criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a misdemeanor.
Police say Dishaw was released on an appearance ticket and scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date.
