Deputies say a 25-year-old Farmington man was seriously injured after his motorcycle crashed near Parrish Road on State Route 245.
Around 6:10 pm on Tuesday Grant D. Mullen, 25, was traveling northeast on State Route 245 when the motorcycle left the roadway on the west shoulder and overturned several times.
Mullen suffered severe leg injuries as result of the wreck, according to deputies.
The motorcyclist was airlifted via Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of that injury.
At this point in the investigation, deputies believe speed was a contributing factor to the accident.
Deputies say the Naples Fire Department, Canandaigua Emergency Squad and Naples Ambulance all assisted at the scene.
