Sentencing upheld for Victor man who videotaped women

The Victor man who admitted to secretly video recording nearly 40 women at his store will be staying in prison.

Glen Siembor’s sentence has been upheld by an appeals court.

Siembor owned Tri Running and Walking on Main Street in Victor. He admitted to asking women to try on items like sports bras in his dressing room then recorded the women without them knowing.

He was sentenced to 5 to 15 years in prison back in 2015.
