On August 4th at 1:55 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested a 28-year-old following a traffic stop on Peterman Road.
Joseph S. Pollino, 28, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to dim headlights, unlicensed operation, and refusal to submit to a breath test.
He was released with traffic tickets, and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
