On August 4th at 3:48 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 39-year-old driver following a traffic stop on Fall Street.
Neil T. McMillen, 39, of Seneca Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while ability impaired by drugs, failure to yield the right of way, unlicensed operation, and three counts of criminal possession of a control substance following the afternoon traffic stop.
Police seized heroin, cocaine, and Ritalin from McMillen’s vehicle.
He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.
McMillen is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
