The 6-foot, 175-pound Bishop McDevitt (Harrisburg, Penn.) High School product is rated three stars and the No. 188 wideout this cycle by 247Sports.com’s composite rankings. Burnett was also offered by Michigan State, Boston College, Pitt, UConn, Rutgers and West Virginia, among others.
