The Seneca Falls Police Department says a 17-year-old Seneca Falls resident was arrested on charges related to a burglary after an incident at Kids Territory.
David C. Bentley, 17, Seneca Falls was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
He is accused of entering a building at Kids Territory causing damage and stealing property.
Bentley was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
He is due back in the Seneca Falls Town Court to answer the charges.
