Police say a 19-year-old Canandaigua woman struck a vehicle, then a utility pole on July 30th around noon, which resulted in a number of charges.
Angela C. Bruno, 19, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident, unsafe tires, speed not reasonable, aggravated unlicensed operation, inadequate brakes, and DWAI-drugs.
It is alleged that Bruno struck a car on Parrish Street, and then left the scene. After leaving the scene, police say she struck a utility pole on Jefferson Avenue.
She was taken to Thompson Hospital for treatment of her injuries.
Bruno was charged following an investigation. The charges will be answered at a later date.
