On Wednesday around 11:15 am the Geneva Police Department arrested a 41-year-old Geneva man on felony drug charges and is being held without bail.
Devon R. Martin, 41, of Geneva was charged with second-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
The Geneva Police Department was assisted by the Ontario and Seneca County Sheriff’s Offices.
The arrest ends a months-long investigation into the sale of cocaine in the city of Geneva.
According to police, more felony charges are pending. He was held at the Ontario County Jail without bail.
