The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a 22-year-old resident after making threats.
Emmanuel Hamilton, 22, of Canandaigua was charged with third-degree menacing after threatening two females.
Police say he placed them in fear of being physically injured.
Hamilton is scheduled to appear in Canandaigua City Court at a later date.
