A 67-year-old was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, and other felony charges following a traffic stop on Tuesday.
Police say David S. Coldiron, 67, of Valois was charged with no plate lamps, Unlicensed Operation of a Motor vehicle, Operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st Degree, Felony Driving while Intoxicated and Felony Driving with a Blood Alcohol Level of .08 percent or higher.
He was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and remanded to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
