The completion of Pine View Circle Apartments, a $13 million, 48-unit housing complex on Route 318, was celebrated Tuesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
State and local officials attended. The event was sponsored by Ithaca Neighborhood Housing Services, New York State Housing Trust Fund, Key Bank, Enterprise Community Partners, and the New York State Home and Community Renewal Office.
Construction of the complex began in 2017. The development is a half-mile from del Lago Resort & Casino and 6½ miles from Waterloo Premium Outlets on Route 318 in Junius.
It offers one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 774 to 1,282 square feet. Rents start at $450 per month and top out at $823. Four units are reserved for veterans with physical disabilities or traumatic brain injury, while another four more are set aside for people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
