State police: Three arrested on drug charges in Sennett

Three people were arrested Monday after state troopers found marijuana and ecstasy during a routine traffic stop, police said.

According to New York State Police, at around 9:20 p.m. Monday, troopers stopped Tory K. Lang, 30, of Syracuse, on Route 5 in Sennett for having an inadequate exhaust.

Initially, police said, Lang and passenger Jerad A. Stiles, 29, of Auburn, provided false names and dates of birth. Then, upon further investigation, troopers discovered that Stiles possessed a baggie containing MDMA, or ecstasy, a metal spoon with MDMA residue, brass knuckles, a baggie containing marijuana and a digital scale with marijuana residue. Another passenger, Jasmine L. Radlowski, 25, of Auburn, also allegedly possessed a baggie of marijuana.

Stiles was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class B felony, and false personation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all misdemeanors. He was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
