Deputies say a 58-year-old Syracuse resident was charged with assault after an investigation into a physical incident between two co-workers.
Timothy Dunbar, 58, of Syracuse was ticketed for third-degree assault after allegedly striking a co-worker in the head with a metal pipe.
The co-worker suffered a minor injury and was transported to Geneva General Hospital for treatment.
The charges will be answered in Geneva Town Court at a later date.
