Members of the Watkins Glen Police Department report the arrest of a New Rochelle man following a road rage incident on July 5th.
Enrique R. Mateos, 47, was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment and reckless driving after an incident in the Village of Watkins Glen.
He was arraigned in Village Court and released to answer the charges at a later date.
Details of the incident were not released by authorities.
