Police say a 25-year-old Dundee man was taken into custody on Monday after a domestic incident.
Investigators say Cory R. Roth, 25, of Dundee was charged with criminal mischief and harassment after the incident.
He was arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and released.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
