A 34-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested on multiple charges after a disturbance was reported to police at Kershaw Park.
On July 4th at 7 pm Robert Salazar, 34, of Canandaigua was charged with open container, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest after creating a disturbance at Kershaw Park.
When officers attempted to place him under arrest – he physically fought with police.
He was arraigned at the Ontario County Jail.
