Deputies arrested and charged a Marion man on Sunday after a domestic incident.
Ryan F. Beman, 27, of Marion is accused of preventing a woman from calling 911 by taking her cell phone during a domestic dispute.
He was charged with Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
Judge Young of the Town of Walworth Court arraigned and released Beman on his own recognizance pledge with an order of protection against him.
The Town of Marion Court will host a trial for Beman at a later date.
