The truck and SUV collided, spinning out the SUV. A Jeep, which was being operated by 79-year-old Eldrid Rust, of Lyons was impacted by the two vehicles.
A passenger in the Jeep complained of a whiplash type injury, and was sent to Clifton Springs Hospital for a checkover. Meanwhile the driver of the pickup truck was uninjured. Deputies say the driver of the SUV was injured and both Solla and her passenger were transported to Geneva General Hospital.
Solla was ticketed for failing to yield the right of way and will answer the charges in Phelps Town Court.
