Rochester man accused of selling heroin, fentanyl in Canandaigua

On June 29th at approximately 5:00 pm, police arrested a 25-year-old Rochester man in Canandaigua following an investigation into the sale of heroin and fentanyl in Canandaigua.

Kenneth M. Holmes, of Rochester was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.

It’s alleged that Holmes sold fentanyl and heroin while in the City of Canandaigua over a period of time.



The arrest of Holmes is the result of a co-investigation conducted by the Canandaigua City Police Department and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office in regards to fentanyl and heroin sales in Canandaigua.

He was held in the Ontario County Jail till his arraignment.
