On Wednesday at approximately 3 am deputies responded to a reported hit-and-run at the Budget Inn located at 6001 State Route 96 in Farmington.
Deputies investigated the incident, and determined that Samantha Lynch, 27, of Farmington struck a parked car, and then returned to her residence a short distance away.
When she was located, deputies determined that Lynch was intoxicated.
She was subsequently charged with DWI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Traffic tickets were issued, and the charges will be answered at a later date.
