Seneca Falls woman charged with aggravated DWI after crash

Police say a 28-year-old Seneca Falls woman was arrested for driving with a BAC above 0.18 percent after a one-car accident on State Route 89.

The accident happened on Sunday around 4:27 am and while there were no injuries reported, the driver – identified as Eunice Dreier-Irwin, 28, of Seneca Falls was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI.

She was also charged with failure to maintain lane, according to police.

She was processed at the Seneca Falls Police Station and released with traffic tickets.

The charges will be answered at a later date in Seneca Falls Town Court.
