Deputies say a Cazenovia man was taken into custody and arrested after threatening two separate people with a knife in the Town of Sodus.
The incident happened around 8 am on Monday, according to deputies, who say that Steven W. Sherman, 37, was taken into custody after leaving the scene.
The scene was located at Hots Point in Sodus Point, where Sherman pulled a knife on two people. He left the scene shortly thereafter, but was located by deputies.
He was charged with second-degree menacing. Sherman was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
Deputies say no one was injured during the incident.
