Police say a 39-year-old Penn Yan resident was arrested on child endangerment charges after an incident involving woman.
Kristy Kennerson, 39, was charged with second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child after she struck a female, who was holding a young child.
Police say Knnerson was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
