The village of Moravia held an uncontested election Tuesday which led to the re-election of two incumbent village trustees.
Nancy McGuerty, a village trustee since 2004, and Anthony Peppe, a trustee since 2007, both ran on a Republican ticket for the two open trustee seats on the ballot. No other governmental positions were on the ballot.
Among the ballots cast on Tuesday, McGuerty received 16 votes and Peppe received 12 votes. There were also two write-in votes cast for Dale Sharpsteen.
