Schuyler County Sheriff Jim Allard says a Bath duo was arrested after a housing verification check was executed.
Allard says deputies were completing a housing verification check for Steuben County Department of Social Services when Danielle M. Wright, 37, of Bath was found to be possessing an illegal hypodermic needle.
Deputies determined that Amber M. Schoch, 26, of Bath was also in possession of illegal hypodermic needles.
They were charge with possessing a hypodermic instrument and will answer the charges at a later date.
They were remanded to the Steuben County Jail.
