1st Annual Memorial Poker Run in memory of Bob Plate

This weekend the Waterloo NY American Legion Riders Post 435 held Bob’s 1st Annual Memorial Poker Run.

Bob Plate was a long time Seneca Falls resident. He lost his battle with Esophageal Cancer in Dec 2017.

A benefit ride was held in his name with all of the proceeds going to the local “Wounded Warriors in action”. 80 motorcycles 5 cars and over 120 people participated. $4000.00 was raised for Bobs favorite charity.

The Waterloo NY American Legion Riders Post 435 would like to thank Waterloo PD, Seneca County Sherriff’s and Geneva PD for standing in the hot sun and escorting them to help keep them safe. Also everyone who helped, participated, donated, and all who pulled over or waved.
