The Geneva Police Department reports the arrest of a Geneva man following an investigation, which was aided by the Ontario and Seneca County Sheriff’s Offices.
Police say Carlos J. Garcia, 24, of 34 Wadsworth Street was arrested after a search warrant was executed at the same address.
He was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Police also note that additional charges are pending against him, some of which are felonies.
Garcia is being held on $25,000 cash bail, or $50,000 secured bond.
