Deputies say a 56-year-old Bloomfield resident was arrested on DWI charges following a citizen report of a sick or intoxicated driver.
On Wednesday at approximately 6:48 pm deputies responded to the area of Allens Hill Road and State Route 20A for the report of a sick driver. Deputies observed the vehicle in a cemetery off County Road 2, with the driver of the vehicle identified as Heather L. Tucker.
The 56-year-old was placed through field sobriety tests and determined to be intoxicated.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated and will answer the charge at a later date in Bristol Town Court.
