A Geneva man has pleaded guilty to child pornography charges, according to prosecutors.
Trebor Conolly, 36, of Geneva pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography. Prosecutors say he received videos and images of child pornography through a peer-to-peer sharing service in September 2017 and saved them on his computer.
He is scheduled to be sentenced later this year. He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years to life in prison – as well as lifetime supervised release and a $250,000 fine.
As part of the plea he will also have to register as a sex offender.
