Wells College has hired a new registrar and director of institutional research.
Paul Applebee will start at the Aurora college on Monday, according to a press release from the college. Applebee was most recently the academic adviser/registrar at Bryant & Stratton College in Liverpool.
“Wells will benefit immensely from Paul’s experience at a critical time when the College is formalizing institutional research as part of this inaugural director role,” Cindy J. Speaker, the college's provost and dean, said in the press release.
Applebee had previously been Bryant & Stratton's residence life director/academic adviser from 2013 to 2015 and had been a financial aid coordinator in 2012. He has a bachelor's degree in English and textual studies and English education from Syracuse University.
